Each tank is equipped with a special washing system for proper sanitation of the equipment.

The GEA-ECOFLEX heat exchangers are sized so that the beer can be cooled only two more degrees of the water to be used as cooling water without having to use accumulation tanks.

Another strength of the equipment is the Siemens software that ensures reliable and simple use. It is possible to install up to 50 recipes and save them on an external memory.
