For the pressing of grapes, apples and fruits in general.
The press uses pressurized air that is introduced into the inner membrane of natural rubber.
The membrane swells and squeezes the fruit against the walls of the cage (for the pressing of apples they have to be crushed previously).
The pressure setting is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.
