Pneumatic presses for the production of wines.

Characterized by a soft and adjustable pressing thanks to the air membrane that incorporates
guaranteeing the obtaining of a must of high quality.

Option of axial loading through the vintage pump, top loading through double door.

Pressed to closed tank.

The AE automation allows manual or automatic operation. The automatic mode consists of five standard pressing programs, three sequential programs and one of frozen grape pressing.

Press parameters can be selected during the process.

Caps for opening (PST 5 - 16) and hermetic door (PST 21 - 55) together with the covers for the channels allow the maceration of the paste and the mixing by rotating the drum.

Pressure sensor, with a sound signal that alerts the operator of an excess in the drum filling.

With ball valve.

The central filling connection is mounted as standard on all presses (except PSP / PST 5 and 8 models). The passage of this connection is DN100, on the outside it allows the assembly of valves DN65, DN80 or DN100.

Collection tank equipped with wheels. In presses PST 21 to 55 the tank can be supplied mounted on rails (on request).
