Built entirely in stainless steel AISI 304, mounted on wheels that facilitate their mobility. Loading hopper with strong inclination to be fed by lifting tape, selection table, hopper etc. Equipped with telescopic legs, the machine can acquire different configurations within a processing line.
PVC cage thickness 10 mm with round perforations. The holes have their beveled edges on both sides which gives the equipment a very low cutting coefficient. The size of the holes in the cage can be adapted on demand (depending on the type of grape to be processed) with drilling solutions of 19, 22 or 24 mm or progressive 24 -22 -19 differentiated in the beginning in the middle and at the end of the cage, everything to minimize the presence of small pieces of stems in the final result.
The shaft of the blender is equipped with pallets with food-grade rubber tips adjustable in height and inclination. To determine the dwell time of the cluster inside the cage, we can vary the speed of the beater and proportionally of the cage by means of an electronic variator (inverter). With these measures the grapes remain intact and move easily along the cage without suffering fractures.
Cage and beater can be easily disassembled to allow a thorough cleaning of the machine.
The juice extractor with adjustable rubber rollers from 4 to 8 mm, is equipped with an "anti-break" system, consisting of springs capable of opening the adjustable roller when it is crossed by large foreign bodies.
